It was just a proper fit for a day tour in Charleston with excellent value for money. The room was smoky despite being labeled non-smoking, which was quite alarming. Check the reviews because safety is a concern in this area.

I really enjoyed staying here because it’s just a few steps from restaurants like Bojangles' and less than a 5-minute walk to Foster Creek Park, where I could unwind amidst nature after a day of walking around the city.

I really liked that we had a downstairs room with no deposit required, and the nice staff member who tried hard to find us extra pillows. The upgraded room was comfortable and clean. I wasn't expecting too much, but it was overall a good experience for a budget stay.

we had an enjoyable stay at north charleston lodge. we were thrilled to get a downstairs room, which was perfect for my husband. there was no deposit needed, so that was a relief. the seasonal outdoor pool looked nice, although we didn't get to use it. the staff was friendly and did their best to help us with our pillow requests.

The room was pretty rough. No fridge or microwave even though we paid for a deluxe room. Only one pillow per full-size bed, which was pretty bad considering we had two adults and two kids. We asked for more pillows, but it took a while to get them. The air conditioning didn’t work well and there were definitely signs of neglect like the cleanliness. Didn't feel great about the overall vibe, either.
